How do I track my order delivery?

Once your package is shipped, we will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

Where do I track my order?

DPD:

If your package was sent by DPD, you can track its progress on the DPD website

Fedex:

If your package was sent by Fedex, you can track its progress on the Fedex website

Who is my local courier?

USA – USPS

UK – Royal Mail

Germany – Deutsche Post

Canada – Canada Post

Australia – AusPost

France – La Poste

Spain - Correro

If you cannot find your country on this list, simply search the website of the national postal courier in your country and track your shipment there.

Placing an order

Why was my order cancelled OR why did my order not go through?

1.    Seolta Gifts was unable to verify your payment information. If your payment information entered on the order does not match the payment information stored by the bank or credit card issuer, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2.    If you receive an error message and your order will not process, please contact your bank or credit card issuer to verify the payment information is correct.

3.    Some credit card issuers and banks require a prior notice from the card holder that the card will be used to purchase online. Please ensure your card issuer or bank is aware you intend to purchase online.

4. Very rarely we might experience some technical issues. If you suspect this to be the case please contact us by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page.

Do I have to be registered or register an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order by ordering as a guest. You will not be required to log in or register an account. You will however be required to enter your shipping address and contact information.

Why should I become a registered customer?

Becoming a registered customer offers many positives.

How can I pay for my order?

Is ordering on the Seolta Gifts website secure?

Yes!

We have taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server.

Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is use for every transaction. This encrypts all transmissions from our servers and your computer. For your security we do not have access nor store your credit card information.

I ordered the incorrect item and my order has not been dispatched yet

If you ordered the or incorrect item you can contact us by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page. If your order has not been dispatched we can make the required changes. If your order has been dispatched, once you receive it, you can contact us to arrange return. 

What is your returns policy?

The return policy described below applies to online orders only. 

I have changed my mind and wish to return my item?
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference number and full name. The item you wish to return must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds may be accepted on all items except perishable goods (food/groceries), earrings and underwear and exclude shipping charges. All items will be inspected on return.

My item is damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us -- include your order reference number and full name. Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified, we can then work with you on a suitable resolution.

We will ship your orders using either DPD or FedEx - Tracked Post, depending on what country your choose to ship to.

This is a standard post service that has the addition of tracking straight to your door

I don’t see my country listed on your website. Can you ship my order to me?

Unfortunately if your specific country is not on our shipping list, we cannot offer delivery at this time.

I was not at home when the courier attempted to delivered my order. What do I do?

We use both FedEx Express and DPD Couriers . FedEx Express Couriers require a signature on receipt of order. If you are not home, when the courier calls, you will be left a calling card advising you a delivery attempt was made. The courier should also try to contact you by telephone (it is very important to provide a valid telephone for the delivery recipient).

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change your shipping address through the "My Account" section of our website.

If you require assistance with changing shipping information please contact us immediately by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page.

**If your order has been dispatched we cannot change any information.

Local Customs Charges & Taxes?

Depending on the value of your order, your Seolta Gifts parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, these charges are out of Seolta Gifts hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
